University of the Western Cape Law Scholarships

 

This programme is closed for applications.

        

The Leigh Day Scholarships are for third and fourth

year study in law at the University of Western Cape.

 

Are you eligible?

 

To apply for this scholarship you must be:

• A current second or third year LLB student at the University of the Western Cape
• A South African citizen normally resident in South Africa

 

What we offer 

 

Awards are likely to be around R25,000 per academic year.

 

How to apply

 

The application process normally opens in September and closes in October, for study commencing in January the following year. When we are open applicants can access the application forms and guidelines on this webpage. Applicants must apply to their chosen universities separately and awards are conditional on the applicant being offered a place at the relevant university.

 

NB. When the application process is closed there will not be application forms available on our website. Please do not submit applications using old forms–these will not be processed.
